Mobile Forms PLUS Online documents allows you to store all of your completed forms in our secure Sas70 / SSAE16 certified data centers. Any authorized user can access these documents from any PC or Mobile device browser. Now you have access to all of your customer records from any device at any time. Forms can be stored in two primary ways:
- PDF – Submitted forms are stored as a PDF. PDFs can be named after values in the form. For example, If you installed a new heater for Mrs. Jones on February 11th, your PDF would be named “Mrs. Jones – New Heater – February 11.” Online Documents allows you to easily search for PDF’s using our search tools. You can search by form title, sender, date and other filter values to quickly locate the document you are looking for.
- CSV – In addition to storing the entire document as a PDF, Field2Base can take individual data values (specified by you) and store them in an online CSV file. Now you can access customer data in a structured format and perform data analytics or import the values into another office system.
